Each week’s route will have a chosen Strava Segment, noted in the ride title.

The goal will be to warm-up together, while riding to the start of the week’s Strava Segment (except TWL, come early to warm-up and visit).

Then…the “Game is on!” as each rider tackles the segment, while seeking either a PR, QOM or KOM, Strava League Points, or just a great time on the bike with friends!

Groups will form to work together throughout the segment, that can be pre-planned during warm-up and tactic-talk.

We will try to regroup at the end of the segment, depending on weather and how long the segment is. As always, come prepared for self-support in off-season weather, and bring a phone with the ride leaders’ phone number. As always, safety first…call out debris on the road, and Be Sage out there!

This League will run every Sunday through the off-season (Fall and winter) with engraved Trophies for the overall winners in Men’s, Women’s and Master’s-Combined.

We will also have a few other special recognitions at our Season Launch Party next year.

Let’s keep it outdoors (made possible by climate change) and make off-season training fun, supportive and social. (Ok, and a bit “competitive” ha!)

All intermediate to advanced Cycling Enthusiasts and Cycling Clubs are welcome to join! (For the Entire Season, or a few Specialty Stages)
